The GFA is a charity for families living in Britain, who have adopted or are in the process of adopting children from Guatemala. Our primary goal is to support internationally adopted Guatemalan children, now living in Britain, actively to keep a connection with and understand their roots and Guatemalan culture. We are also happy to help, with our own experiences, those in the process of Guatemalan adoption.

Charities Update 2014

We have raised an absolutely FANTASTIC £11,386 this year for the 2 GFA charities and we hope that you find the information in this update interesting and inspiring! It is wonderful to see what a group of people like the GFA can achieve collectively, and what an amazing difference this can make to the lives of so many in Guatemala.

So a HUGE well done to all of you who have held events, run marathons, asked for money rather than wedding gifts, completed sponsored challenges, organised parties and so on and all importantly signed up to monthly donations to the GFA, as well as contribute via the £10 charity extra option with your memberships every year. Everything makes a difference, and don’t forget money raised can be gift aided as well!
